A Year of Words – Day 54

While this week off has been AMAZING and relaxing and full of lots of books and doodles and coffee, I’m so ready to get back to my kiddos. I’m missed those little boogers!

(And yeah… It kinda looks like “Back to ScNool!”. I’m fine with that. 🙂 )

Handprint Reindeer & Holiday Cheer!

I can’t believe there are 9 days until Christmas and only 3 days left with my babes at school!!!

Today we made these handprint reindeer. Cute right?? And my kiddos are finally embracing (read: tolerating) having paint put all over their fingers 🙂 First the turkeys, now this! What handprint art will be do next?!

All I know is that these cuties will be going home to moms and dads on Friday & are just the things to really get me in the Christmas spirit! Run, run Rudolph!!

Let it Snow!!!

We’re getting ready for winter at school and {wishful} thinking about snow!!

My class made pretty snowflake art using lace doilies and glitter!! Then we wrote about what we would do on a snow day! {Again, wishful thinking for these middle Ga kids :)}

More wintery school ideas coming soon!
