A Month of “Awesome” – Day 25

One of things I’ll miss most about Thomasville is my group of teacher friends. They are the most wonderful women to work with and share life with, and today I got to have lunch with them ๐Ÿ™‚ We laughed our heads off, swapped stories, and ate Savannah Moon… plus desserts! I have truly been inspired by these women and their willingness to share their classrooms with me. In my heart I’ll always be a Jergersaurus ๐Ÿ™‚

Good company and tin roof pie. Indeed my lunch was awesome!

A Month of “Awesome” – Day 22

Will & I had the pleasure of going to my church with my family while were visiting this weekend. They were welcoming their new pastor (who I’d already had the pleasure of meeting via Google Hangout ๐Ÿ™‚ ) and I was reminded of how sweet new beginnings can be. ย In this year alone I’ve started a lot of new things. A marriage, a career, lot of great friendships… New things aren’t always easy, but they will always teach you something. And now we’re about to embark on another new adventure. I’m all about it.

New adventures. I think they’re awesome.

A Month of “Awesome” – Day 21

Will has been just as into designing our new space as I have (which I LOVE)!! From finding the perfect rug for our bedroom to making functional use of weird nooks and crannies, Will has become a professional interior renovator. Therefore, he requested a trip to IKEA when we went to visit my parents this weekend. Happily they joined us for what was a productive, awe-inspiring, and overwhelming experience.

All Swedish everything (first the car, now the furniture). I actually think it’s pretty awesome ๐Ÿ™‚
