Since I have a lot of down time this summer, I’ve made a promise to myself that I won’t be lazy. Well… At least not completely lazy. In an effort to battle Netflix and napping, I’m going to utilize my gym membership at the Y a little more than usual.
My first day of daytime workouts = Zumba! Oh yes. Talk about the most fun workout you’ll ever have! I was dripping sweat, sore in my arms, legs, and everywhere, and smiling the entire time. That’s a darn good workout.
Salsa, cha cha, merengue. That’s awesome!
