Charm is deceptive and beauty is fleeting but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised. Proverbs 31:30
Perfect week for this one! This week I’ve learned a lot about what it means to submit to your husband as your leader. While we aren’t married yet, we are starting to face some challenges and have some conversations that require trust and understanding. Without remembering the truth of this verse, I might be prone to rely on my irresistible charm and good looks (that’s a joke haha). But really, it’s important as a wife-to-be to remember that decisions in the home aren’t made by manipulation. They are made through seeking the Lord’s wisdom and trusting your hubby and your God.
Amen.
This week… it’s a pretty one 🙂
May we trust and yield fruit this week as we go through our crazy lives!
