#25 – Memorize a Bible verse a week for 6 months. 7/24

Do not let your heart envy sinners, but always be zealous for the fear of the Lord. There is surely a future hope for you, and your hope will not be cut off. Proverbs 23:17-18

When a good friend of mine shared this with me last week, I didn’t know how incredibly it would resonate with me. To be zealous… full of zeal. And for the Lord only! That’s quite the challenge. We get pulled in about a million directions daily. But even so, our hope now and our hope that goes before us far into the future (that we probably think we have figured out… HAH!) is given to us by our most gracious God. And he will NEVER take that from us. Amen!

Thanks to French Press Mornings my memory verses for a while will be SUPER stylish… and actually somewhat resembling my wedding designs 🙂 PS. This blog is awesome and all of the verse designs can be downloaded FOR FREE in 4×6 prints… or you can buy more cuteness from her Etsy shop.

I’ve really been burdened by some things I’ve seen around me/ via social media recently. My greatest comfort… that the darkness of this world WILL NOT overcome. Perfect reminder to live in right after Easter too 🙂
